Responsibilities:
Cruise & Tour Sales:
Drive sales of cruise and tour packages by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable travel options, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest trends and offerings in the cruise and tour industry.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of different cruise lines, tour operators, and destinations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for cruise and tour packages.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products.
Booking Process:
Manage the end-to-end booking process, including coordinating with suppliers, securing reservations, and ensuring accurate documentation for clients.
Promotions and Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers for cruise and tour packages.
Actively participate in promotional events to attract new clients.
Industry Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to stay connected with the cruise and tour community.
Build a network of contacts to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales within the travel industry, with a focus on cruise and tour packages.
Strong knowledge of different cruise lines, tour operators, and travel destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
