Support Maintenance Team in day-to-day functions Process vendor invoices Create 24-hour notices to enter and general memos Schedule Maintenance Technicians daily Follow up on work orders and deadlines Field incoming calls Set up clean and shows for vacancies Efficiently manage expenses by making sure work orders don't go over maintenance limit Maintain a fundamental knowledge of all property documentation and tenant policies and procedures.
Ensure timely communication with Maintenance Manager, Property Supervisors, On-Site Managers and Owners on urgent projects Working knowledge and ability to recognize repair requirements for plumbing, painting, appliance repairs, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool upkeep, fire systems and grounds upkeeping.
Communicate with owner at discretion of the Property Supervisor Help keep track of inspections, fire extinguishers, roofs, timers and gutters are serviced/done.
Work emergency line on as needed basis Bilingual - Spanish preferred (used if/when needed) We offer a monthly bonus/KPI program, sick time, paid holidays, paid time off, medical insurance, supplemental insurance, 401k and tuition reimbursement for licenses and/or certifications (must be industry specific) and an opportunity to work for a company who values teamwork, work/life balance, and fun team building events.
After passing your 90 day probationary period, eligibility for a 9/80 work schedule where every other weekend is a 3-day weekend.
