Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service in a professional medical office setting.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails -Clean and sanitize treatment rooms - Assist doctors when neede
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of office software - Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Experience in a medical office or similar environment is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
