Property Management experience a plus! The Customer Care Specialist is responsible to support all collections that are owed to Borba by residents and is responsible for the support, communication, and negotiations.
This person also supports the creating and dispersion of notices and supports communication with legal specialists for evictions.
This person is responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, past/future residents, vendors and internal team members.
Some job duties include:
Draft letters and make calls to residents related to rent collection issues Follow up on past and current residents with outstanding balance due; make payment arrangements Assist in coordination of payment arrangements and follow up on those payment arrangements for complete payments Prepare notices to pay or quit, perform or quit, property notices, etc.
Prepare delinquency and eviction reports for Property Supervisors and Owners Prepare applications for rental assistance programs and 3rd party programs Communicate often and directly to the Property Supervisor on day-to-day results and status of delinquencies and resident move-outs Follow-up on deadlines related to delinquency Anticipate high urgency delinquency situations; communicate often and effectively with team members and management to complete assignments in a timely fashion Post 3 day notices and rent increases If this can be you, submit your resume and let's chat!
